2. Use of Services
- Clients may use RAUE services for personal or investment purposes only.
- Unauthorized resale, fraud, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- RAUE may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
3. Product Information & Pricing
- All gold products are certified and genuine, with authenticity guaranteed.
- Prices are based on live global spot rates and may change frequently.
- RAUE displays prices clearly, including premiums and fees.
- Clients are responsible for confirming product details and prices before purchase.
4. Payment & Transactions
- RAUE accepts secure payment methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
- Payments are processed securely and are final once confirmed.
- Any failed or disputed payment may result in delayed processing or cancellation of the order.
- RAUE is not liable for unauthorized transactions due to client negligence.
5. Delivery & Storage
- RAUE offers insured delivery for clients who choose to receive gold physically.
- Vault storage is available for clients who prefer secure, insured storage.
- RAUE is not liable for losses caused by delays outside our control, including shipping carriers or force majeure events.
- Clients must verify receipt of products and report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours.
6. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
- RAUE’s Refunds & Dispute Resolution policies govern returns, cancellations, and conflict resolution.
- Refunds may be issued for:
- Order cancellations before shipment
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect deliveries
- Disputes are resolved via our internal process, with escalation to legal mediation if necessary.
7. Security & Authenticity
- All RAUE products are authenticated, certified, and verified.
- Tampering, forgery, or counterfeit claims will be investigated thoroughly.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining secure storage and handling of their purchased gold.
- RAUE guarantees the authenticity of all products sold or stored through our platform.
8. Liability Limitations
- RAUE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
- RAUE cannot be held liable for losses due to market fluctuations in gold value.
- Client responsibility includes verification of pricing, authenticity, and secure handling of gold.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on RAUE’s website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by copyright.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of RAUE content is prohibited.
- Clients may use RAUE content for personal or educational purposes only with proper attribution.

- For USA clients, RAUE ensures compliance with US federal and state regulations related to precious metals trading.

12. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
